By using Joblet, a service of The Plant Co. Ltd., you are agreeing to the following terms of use ("Joblet Terms of Use").

1 Applying to a Job

1. You shall complete an application to a job on the Joblet web site or a custom-branded Joblet jobs section and apply by sending us certain information we designate by a means we specify.

2. We can reject your application if we determine it is inadequate or falls under or may fall under any conditions stated in the following terms. We are not liable for this action, not required to explain it to applicants, and it is irrefutable.

1. You are infringing on the Joblet.jp Terms of Use or we determine that you may be infringing on the Joblet.jp Terms of Use.
2. You provide false or incorrect information, or incomplete applications for some/all part.
3. You have done any of the acts listed in Section 2.

2 Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited to take any of the following actions: (a) infringe on another’s rights such as a third party’s or our properties, privacy and honor, (b) providing false information, (c) putting either Joblet or a third party at a disadvantage, (d) being offensive to public order and morals, (e) applying to the same company's listing repeatedly after your application has been denied, or subjecting a company to any other inconveniences.

3 Limitations of Liability

1. We are not responsible for any noneconomic damages or economic damages users might incur from applying to the service or using the service.

2. We don’t ensure the accuracy of information provided by or about any third party such as: a job posting company, contents of job advertisements, or other information provided by job posting companies or third parties on Joblet. We also don’t have an assuming guarantee for the sound financial situation, legality or social properness of any Joblet users’ business.

3. Both the Publisher of a custom-branded Joblet jobs section and Joblet will not be held responsible for any disputes between job posting companies, applicants or other third parties relating to a job advertisement. Dispute settlement is your responsibility and must be done at your expense.

4 Privacy Policy

Please refer the Privacy Policy for our handling policy for personal information on Joblet.

5 Preservation of Data

Even when we preserve the date such as your resume or personal information saved on Joblet for business operation, we are not obliged to preserve these informations and can delete them any time. We are not responsible for any damnification relating to this action.

6 Language of the Terms

If there is any contradiction between the Japanese language version of the Terms and the English language version of the Terms, then the Japanese language version shall take precedence.
